Guild Programs and Events
Weaving Classes
Members of The Overmountain Weavers Guild teach introductory weaving classes each August at Exchange Place in Kingsport, TN. The classes meet Saturday and Sunday during the first four weekends in August and cover the basics of dressing and weaving on 4-shaft looms. Each class meets from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and builds on the preceding one, so it is important to attend all of them.
