Learn the basics of knitting: knit stitch, purl stitch, and binding stitch.  By the end of class you should be able to knit a cotton dish cloth.

The workshop will be taught by two members of the Overmountain Weavers Guild, Paulette Bruggeman and Jesse Szombathy.

No experience is required.  Written instructions, one pair of straight knitting needles, and enough cotton yarn to complete two dish cloths will be provided.

This workshop is limited to 10 students and is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
